What do I need to bring to a training session?
You'll need a collar, 6 ft leash and your dog's favourite treats. If you're doing a private session, please have all harnesses, collars and leashes available as I like to go over all the gear.

Where do Private Sessions take place?
Our trainers come to you for Private Sessions, most session are done in home, otherwise a location will be chosen based on the training.

How long are most training sessions?
Most training sessions are 1 hour long. That said if we are making progress we may go a bit longer. We always want to end on a positive for the dog.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel your private training session, however, the more notice the better.
Group Classes are non-refundable once confirmed as we hold your spot and require a certain amount of dogs to run the class.

How do I book a session?
Contact us via email or text. We will then set up a call to gather some info on you and your dog.
